Q: How often can we visit or speak with our child?
A: We have an open-door policy for parents. You can visit your child on designated weekends each month, and we organize monthly Open House days for family meet-ups on campus. Phone calls/Video calls are allowed weekly, and in case of any concern, you can call the hostel warden or class teacher anytime. We make sure you stay connected with your child’s life at Springfield.
Q: How do you handle homesickness or health emergencies?
A: Our staff is trained to gently help students overcome homesickness through counseling, buddy systems, and engaging schedules. New students get extra attention during the first weeks to help them adjust. For health needs, we have a 24×7 on-campus infirmary with a qualified nurse, regular doctor visits, and a tie-up with the local hospital for any emergencies. You will be immediately informed and consulted in any medical situation. Your child’s well-being is our top priority.
Q: Is the curriculum only focused on NDA/Defence? What if my child changes their career path?
A: Not at all – while we do have a strong NDA and defence prep program, we equally emphasize core academics and other competitive exams. Springfield follows the CBSE curriculum with excellent teaching in science, math, languages, etc. We also offer coaching and guidance for exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, Olympiads and more. So if your child decides to become an engineer, doctor or anything else, they will be fully prepared academically. We open multiple future pathways for them, not just defence.

A: The medium of instruction is English (CBSE board), but we provide special support in spoken English and communication skills.
